OUR WINES

RED WINE
The base of this blend is Merlot which lends fresh red and blue fruit to the aromatics and brings a lushness to the palate. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds layers of cassis and currant to the nose and adds length to the palate while the Syrah ties it all together. There’s a touch of Tannat that gives the wine a structural framework. It was aged on 25% new French oak which plays a nice supporting role in the background of this wine from the nose through the palate.

Cabernet Sauvignon
We’re proud of our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon, which gets its character and fruit from across the Columbia Valley, a widely respected region any big red would proudly call home. Eager to be opened, this wine is bursting with blue and black fruits that are framed by sweet vanilla and cocoa from the oak on which it was aged.

Chardonnay
Our 2015 Chardonnay comes from the Columbia Valley, widely respected for beautiful and complex grapes. Ready to open, this white is woven with tropical fruits that are complemented by a light touch of oak, adding just the right nuance and finesse.

Pinot Noir
This 2017 Pinot Noir comes from Oregon vineyards, where cooler temperatures and a mild growing season allowed us to pick grapes at perfect ripeness. The resulting wine has flavors of cherry, spice, and blackcurrant; it is serious, yet fun, balanced, yet bright and delicious now!

Pinot Gris
Our 2017 Pinot Gris comes from Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon vineyards. Using grapes from these two regions allowed us to create a wine with a beautiful balance between citrus and tropical, and one that is refreshing on the palate. This wine is fun, elegant and transparent.
